Sandy Lane Cricket Club was formed in 1932 when they started playing in the Bradford Mutual Sunday School League. We stayed in the league for 40 years and then went in to the Bradford Central League. In 2004 the club joined the Craven League.
The club play at Greenwood Park, Sandy Lane and run two teams. Up until 1988 only players living within the Sandy Lane Parish could play for the club.
These days we welcome players from all areas and have good mixed bunch of young and old.
The club promotes enjoyment in the game and welcomes all player regardless of ability.
