Just answer the question, because reality contradicts this.

If I was the Top Employers Institute, I wouldn't want to be associated with DHL, let alone awarding them a certification.
I'm not sure how fraud, deceit, hypocrisy, Lies and bullying creates a "better world of work".

Top Employers Institute

I received an email on Tuesday.
It was almost telepathic in that I'd been thinking about the "Top Employers Institute" fairly recently.
When I say "Top" & "Employer" together it is only because this is their trading name.
It does not surprise me in the least that TEI have only manged this response far.
Dear Sir/Madam Whitehead,

3 hours later I received an update.
Ah, they'd emailed me in error, why would they tell me that?
Though the update may have been that they'd remembered my name.

Is this a response to my May follow-up?
Or is it a response to my original question submitted in September last year.

I'd appreciate a response in a "timely manner", but I know that I'm not going to get it.


Quick follow-up
TPI couldn't answer me because they were too busy certifying DHL for 2019.
I'm guessing they had to spend so much time sweeping things under the carpet that they didn't have time to investigate.
Or that everything that they should have been investigating was hidden under the carpet.

DHL Glassdoor summary.............to date

I am pretty sure that DHL fob off many of their complaints by saying that the complaints have been made by dis-gruntled ex-employees.

There should be enough evidence on my blog now to show that my view on bullying is more than just my perception of the events that affected me.

There is a history of bullying throughout the Company worldwide.

It makes me wonder how Companies with a history of bullying manage to win awards like this.

Is it just a paper exercise? This is what we "allegedly" do, not what we actually do.

I followed this up last year, but, to date, haven't had a response from Top Employer. other than we'll get back to you.

Well I never.

It's only taken 5 months for them to reply, if vaguely and to a sir/madam called Mike.

I suppose that it is a start.




My money is on no further action, why? DHL are bigger than me.
