Hello

Day One

Welcome aboard.

Have you been bullied at work?

I have, to the point where I think I've got "bully me" tattoo'd on my forehead.

Whilst this is Day One of my blog, it is somewhere around Day 17 on my attempts to write a book . I have no idea, as yet, how to get this published, or the processes involved in getting it to a stage where it could be published. My efforts so far have involved culling some information from various sources;
e-mails
Reports
Employment Tribunal statements
Liquidators Reports
and a few other sources that aren't readily coming to mind.

I have a working title, which I have incorporated into a cover.

To quote Rolf Harris, "Can you tell what it is yet?"

This will be a work of Fact  oops, sorry that category doesn't exist does it?

This will be a work of non-fiction. That doesn't have the same ring about it though.

I have been bullied by DHL.
I have been bullied by Savage Blue Ltd. A Service Provider for DHL.
I have been bullied by Diamond Logistics.
Just for clarity, that is Savage Logistics who are trading as Diamond Logistics in Leeds. Sister Company to Savage Blue. Not Diamond Logistics, Head Office in Guildford who were absolutely fantastic.

Oh, and just for anyone who this this might be a bluff, deception, subterfuge, pretence, sham, fake, show, deceit, false show, idle boast, feint, delusion, hoax, fraud, masquerade, charade, trick, stratagem, ruse, manoeuvre, scheme, artifice, machination;
humbug or bluster, this is my work so far;

just in case that font is a little small for you, that's currently 342 pages and 89,277 words, plus a number of screen shots of other paragraphs from documents that I only have PDF formats of.

It's going well.

Savage Diamond Blue Logistics

I received a document which is titled
“Financial Information to Creditors and Members of Savage Blue Limited

Pursuant to Statement of Insolvency Practice 6”

The front page has a statement signed by Graham Wright (Director). “I confirm that the contents of this report have been prepared from information provided by me and that they are true to the best of my knowledge and belief”. It looks like the toytown dictionary has been used again. True!!!
  • I have a number of issues with this document; I resigned as a director on 3rd November 2017. I was made redundant, I didn’t resign. Where is the paperwork to say that I resigned?
  • Administrative expenses increased from 166,273 to 239,275 in a single year. Why? Where did these additional costs come from? In the same period, sales were only slightly down.
  • The accounts were approved by the board. No they weren’t. Board meetings? I think not. The were only approved by Graham and/or Donna.
  • Since incorporation, the Company has grown year on year. Why then a sudden loss and liquidation?
  •  A new contract was due to be agreed with DHL in October 2017. No it wasn’t you were resigning the routes.
  • Unbeknown, here’s that word again.  I’ve already covered this.
  • Revision to the new contract offered by DHL, whereby a 33% reduction was offered. Not vindictive? 33% reduction sounds very vindictive to me. However, why would ABG take over these routes if they weren’t profitable? Unless……  they were offered a different rate. However, Why did a proposed rate change in October 2017 affect the profit and loss for that year.
  • If the Company had tendered for this contract at the reduced rate, this would have led to serious cash flow problems. Would have, not did, because the contract was lost to ABG.
  •  “During the notice period….the former director persisted in submitting further complaints”. Persisted and further, that toytown dictionary got some hammer, didn’t it?. One complaint, One, which but of one can’t they understand?
  • The Company had no alternative but to cease trading on 31st October 2017. Why? Savage Blue had always made a profit, the payment from DHL when it came in halfway through the next month was always, in effect cash in hand as all the bills/wages had been paid.
  • The Director advised that the Franchise fee related to the contract with DHL. Did it really Graham? Savage Blue a franchise of DHL?
Roll up all my observations and have a guess what my opinion is? The clue is in the last observation. I believe that the set-up and operating costs of Diamond Logistics were put through Savage Blue’s accounts. The accounts on Companies House website confirm the profitability of Savage Blue up until the start of Diamond Logistics. This would explain the rise in administrative expenses of £73,002. Franchise fees, building costs, electric, gas, wages, etc.
If providing false information to an Employment Tribunal is perjury. What is providing false information to the liquidators?

More sources

Page 255 of my book has a list of the appendices.
There's some official looking documentation there.
Unfortunately these are not as accurate as you may think that they should be.
Item 4 contains a number of lies, highlighted in the chapter "The End Game"
Item 5 contains a number of lies, also highlighted in the chapter "The End Game"
Items 7,8 & 9 are all paper exercises by DHL, mainly described in the Chapter "Health and Safety", though there are examples littered all through the book. Double standards? of course they are.
Item 11 is very questionable, it contains lies, but who supplied them?

Index

In the current format of my book the index is as follows;

Page 9     In the beginning (Not the ELP track from Trilogy)
Page 37   Exclusion
Page 56   Stitching up Savage Blue
Page 83   Health and Safety
Page 132 Vindictiveness towards Terry Flatt
Page 150 Integrity - DHL Leeds
Page 158 Integrity - David Lancaster, lack of
Page 173 TUPE transfer
Page 186 Diamond Logistics
Page 199 The End Game
Page 247 Productivity
Page 254 Appendices

These may, nay, will, change. I think the productivity chapter is a duplication of some of the earlier pages.
One of the appendices, on the Seattle plane crash doesn't quite show what I thought it contained, neither do some of the other connected plane crashes.

Off and running

There we go.

Post number 1 and a flag counter added as well.

That's me, the Spanish flag, down at the bottom of the blog.

I'm on holiday, which is why I've been able to create so many pages to date. There may be some duplication in those pages, I haven't done much editing with it yet. It is difficult trying to get everything into a chronological order, there are so many inter-twining threads. So there will be a lot of cutting and pasting to do later, shuffling everything about to create something that has a modicum of sense about it.

Did I say it was a work of FACT?

I think I might just have done so.

"Fact" may get repeated a number of times, as will the word "Clarity".

Clarity has a meaning in the Toytown dictionary used by Donna Wright, Company Secretary of both Savage Blue and Savage Logistics. To help avoid confusion between the two Companies, I will be referring to Savage Logistics as Diamond Logistics, their trading name.
More clarity is required, to re-confirm that the Diamond Logistics referred to is the Leeds franchise, not the Head Office.
Just realised that my clarity needs more clarity. Donna is the former Company Secretary of Savage Blue Ltd. More clarity on that later.
The Toytown meaning of clarity is mis-direction. The more that you bang on and on about clarity, the more it is a cover up for what you are really doing. In this case, Graham Wright ((Managing Director) (Former) and Donna have used their emphasis on clarity to lie to an employment tribunal and to the liquidators,Wilson Field, about Savage Blue Ltd.

Maybe that should be the Ex-Savage Blue Ltd.

And yes, I am taking the piss michael, when talking about clarity.

I will be dealing facts, not clarity.
