Crossflatts Cricket Club

A Short History
Established in 1905 the club played our cricket in the West Bradford league until 1967. The club then joined the Airedale and Wharfedale Senior Cricket League and competed in the league until 1994 when the club moved to the Bradford Central league. In 2004 the club joined the Craven & District Cricket League where we currently play our cricket.
We have two senior teams who play Saturday afternoons; the 1st XI in Division 1, and the 2nd XI in division 3. We also have a midweek team that plays in the Bradford & District Evening League.
At the moment we have an under 9 team that plays in the Upper Airedale Junior Cricket Association and this year we participated in the All Stars cricket for five to eight year olds. Our plans for 2018 are to have an under 9, under 11 and under 17 teams and continue with the All Stars Cricket program.
As with any club, new faces are always welcome, whether they be in the form of junior or senior players, committee members, sponsors, coaches or volunteers. Sport, and cricket in particular, plays an important role within the village of Crossflatts so we welcome anybody who wants to get involved and ensure Crossflatts CC continues to play an integral role within the Crossflatts community.
